For several years now, the MULLIEZ-FLORY Group has been committed to ensuring equal treatment for women and men within the company. This vision, shared with staff representatives, has enabled us to draw up, over the past several years, action plans and company-wide agreements dedicated to this issue, notably with the renewal, in 2026, of our ‘Equality between Women and Men’ agreement.
Today, 75 per cent of the MULLIEZ-FLORY Group’s workforce are women.
In 2025, the company achieved a score of 78 out of 100 on the gender equality index. This result demonstrates our commitment to continuing to work towards full equality between women and men within the company.
